Allegra soutient l'association MiBarrio507 qui vient en aide aux habitants et aux enfants du quartier de Santa Ana à Panama. Allegra vous propose de partager quelques-unes de ses vidéos regroupants ses entrainements et exercices favoris. Il ne s'agit pas de tuto mais plutôt de partage et d'échange. En ce sens toutes les videos sont en accès libre gratuitement. 

 

Ceux qui le souhaitent peuvent toutefois participer à la cagnotte Leetchi pour venir en aide aux enfants défavorisés de Santa Ana qui vivent actuellement dans une situation encore plus précaire qu'auparavant suite à la crise du covid 19. Vous pouvez également faire un don direct à MiBarrio507. Si vous êtes sur Panama, les dons de nourriture sont aussi les bienvenus.

Allegra supports the MiBarrio507 association which helps residents and children in the Santa Ana district of Panama. Allegra is sharing some of her favorite workout and exercise videos. These videos are not tutorials but rather videos  made for sharing and exchange experience. In this sense all the videos are free access.
